The 2013 annual grade school A team basketball tournament is February 15-17.
We have 19 boys' teams and 16 girls' teams participated -- a great year! Pdf of brackets and Friday night games locations are below. All Saturday and Sunday games were at your Lakeside Lutheran.
The souvenir program was sponsored by Mona Pett and LogoWorks of Fort Atkinson, Scott Anthon Photography, Stauffer-Klug Insurance Agency, Hometown Glass & Improvement, Harms Insurance Group, the Lang Group, Bill's Mowing, Weiland Dairy, Jensen's Piggly Wiggly, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Highland Dentistry, Cress Funeral Service, MetLife/Jim Birschbach, Ixonia Insurance Agency and the Pauquette Center. We thank them for making the another full color souvenir program possible.
On Saturday, February 18, 2012 the Lakeside gymnasium and cafeteria became a BEACH BASH! at our annual Family Fest, especially geared for PK through 4th grade students, and put on this year by the Lakeside chapter of the National Honor Society. Watch for details to come on our 2013 Family Fest, scheduled for March 2, 2013.
There will be loads of games, crafts, activities, demonstrations, food and prizes to fill a morning and then some. It's open house style, so you're welcome to arrive anytime between 9 AM and noon.
Walk-ins the morning of are always welcome.
8th graders and other interested upper graders are invited to let us know you'd like to shadow. You may spend a day with a Warrior you already know, such as an older sibling or friend, or you can request that you be paired with a Warrior who shares some of your interests so you can experience a day in the life of a Lakeside student.
You must apply to visit before the day you wish you visit. Your Lutheran grade school has the required Visitor Form to fill out, or download it here.
Wednesday, January 23, 2013 (6:30 p.m.) or Saturday, January 26 (8:30 a.m.)
Scheduling is for all 8th grade students who are thinking about enrolling at Lakeside in August 2013. The sessions are identical and families may attend the one that best fits their schedules. Each session lasts about an hour. Students and parents will meet with a faculty adviser to sign up for classes. There will also be displays about Lakeside's co-curricular activities that may be of interest to incoming students.
For additional information, call Lakeside (920-648-2321) and speak to Ruth Fenske (x 2208), or e-mail her at firstname.lastname@example.org
