your LLHS is collecting for an art project and we need a LOT of blue glass and ceramic ware that can be broken into mosaic pieces. We already have Twice is Nice collecting their discards of all colors of BLUE, and some golds, whites and browns, but we're asking all of our Warrior fam to keep an eye out or see what you might have that could be added to the pile of future mosaic pieces -- how about old glass or ceramic vases or drinkware? Wine or beer bottles in those shades? You don't need to do the breaking (the artists will do that!), but we will take broken items. We will be collecting throughout the spring -- if you have ideas for sourcing any, or are other questions, please email [email protected]. We have established a collection box here, and thank you in advance! Items can be bagged and brought to the main office.
