Warrior Welcome

welcome

Choosing a high school is exciting. Each school has its own atmosphere and distinct differences. Visit Lakeside Lutheran to find out why over 500 students from Janesville, Madison, Middleton, Sun Prairie, Beaver Dam, and Oconomowoc travel to Lake Mills—and it’s not just the free busing.

Annual 8th Grade Open House:  We welcome 8th graders and their parents to campus every Oct. for an evening of pizza, information, and fun.

Shadow a Warrior: Plan a school day visit where you'll attend classes with a current student. Fill out the School Visitor Form to get started.

Take a Tour: We have a virtual tour available. But we think an in-person tour is even better! Contact Admissions Director, Steve Lauber (920-648-2321 ext. 2218; [email protected]) to visit and see just want makes this place a family.

We teach Christ in Everything, whether in worship, classrooms, co- or extra-curricular activities. Our first purpose and goal is to glorify the Savior in all that is taught, shared or witnessed at LLHS.

Regardless of what types of student walk into our classrooms, our goal is that, motivated by the love of Jesus, we educate, encourage, and equip students for life: whether a 4-year college, an apprenticeship, a technical college, the military, or entering the workforce right out of high school. Forever Warriors are found in hundreds of fields of work—doctors, welders, lawyers, farmers, accountants, office workers, bankers, web developers, movie producers, researchers, construction workers, pastors and teachers.

Although we all have different talents, we have one thing that ties us together: our faith in Jesus as our Savior. Because of his perfect life, death and resurrection, we know that those who believe in him are prepared—for eternity.

Steve Lauber has taught at LLHS since 2007. He and his wife, Becca have two children, Trey and Ella.

Born and raised on a “game farm” in Fond du Lac, Steve enjoys the outdoors and wonders of God’s creation, fishing and hunting any chance he can get.

He is also as the head coach of the forensic team, which keeps him busy during his after school hours.
