The 2K & 3K Teachers at Peace Lutheran Ministries is responsible for providing a nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment for students. This role includes planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering spiritual, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians. The 2K & 3K Teachers plays a key role in the early childhood education program and works closely with other staff to support the mission and values of Peace Lutheran Ministries as well as maintaining licensing standards at the center.
