Erin LaPointe

Erin LaPointe joined the Extended Learning Center as a full-time ELC assistant in 2021. “I love to work with students who need a little extra push in their studies while getting to know them on a more personal one-on-one basis,” she says.

LaPointe grew up in Hustisford and graduated from MLC in 2001 with a BS in education and a concentration in English. She taught in Monroe, Mich., from 2002-2018. She and her husband, David, were married in 2007 and are members at St. Paul’s, Fort. 

In her spare time, she enjoys “wandering through cemeteries to admire the art of the monuments and the history behind each person,” she says.
