Kimara Winters

"Publications" means content and layout for our website as well as printed materials from your LLHS, including magazines, newsletters, flyers, posters, programs and the like. I work with faculty and staff to develop collateral items such as the student directory, course catalog and other documents. My favorites projects are those that let me see what our teens are doing to serve their Savior in school and community! I also spend time helping Waukesha Co. Technical College students develop their writing skills, reffing high school volleyball and dreaming of book authorship.

 

My dh Jim and I are both LLHS grads. Carroll University was next for me for a B.A. in Journalism and English, followed by the University of Minnesota for a master's in Speech-Communication. We have been blessed with Amanda (LL '04) and husband Shannon Main, Kiara (LL '10) and husband Benjamin Ristow (LL '09), Matthias (LL '18) and wife Abigail, and Isaac (LL '23). Best of all, we are proud grandparents and spend time figuring out ways to spoil them all.
