Registration open until one week before each camp starts, but sign up by May 26 for guaranteed swag! Each camp is limited to first 75 registrants (unless otherwise noted on individual forms). For questions or cancel a registration from a specific camp please contact the Camp Coach listed after the camps descriptions below.

Incoming 9th graders are welcome to join the high school students for the Warrior Summer Speed & Strength program.

Girls Basketball Camp June 16-19

REGISTER FOR GIRLS BASKETBALL CAMP

Basketball players are made during the off-season. During this camp, players are taught game fundamentals needed to become better players, with special emphasis placed on the team concept. Daily instruction involves drills, contests and games. Each basketball camp is $75 for the 4-day session & includes a t-shirt & basketball.

Boys & Girls Wrestling Camp June 16-19, 2025

REGISTER FOR WRESTLING CAMP

With the Warrior Varsity wrestling team as camp helpers, learn takedowns, escapes, reversals, turning and pinning combinations. Learn the basic rules of wrestling and how to fall without getting hurt. We’ll talk a bit about the history of wrestling and how wrestling can help you succeed in school, in your career, and as a Christian. You’ll also get to do a little bit of “live wrestling” each day. Boys will wrestle only boys and girls will wrestle only girls. We will have a woman on the coaching staff.
$50 includes a camp t-shirt with a fun Warrior wrestling logo.

Distance Running and Track & Field Camp July 7-10

REGISTER FOR DISTANCE RUNNING AND TRACK & FIELD CAMP

Warrior Running camp introduces the sports of distance running and track and field in a 4-day camp. Students will be able to choose each day between distance running and track and field. They will learn various types of distance running via participation, including endurance, strength, and speed training, with a special emphasis on proper running form. During running breaks, other topics are discussed, such as proper diet for a runner, injury prevention, and the value of strength training, flexibility, and running shoes.

For those who choose track and field, students will learn how to warm up properly, proper running form, how to use blocks, and how to perform a relay exchange. They will also learn how to perform a variety of field events, including shot put, discus, long jump, high jump, and triple jump. As with the distance runners, they will learn about diet, injury prevention, and the value of strength training, flexibility, and running shoes.

Camp is $50 for the 4-day session. Athletes entering grades 4–9 | 8-10:30 AM

Boys Football Camp July 14-16

REGISTER FOR FOOTBALL CAMP

This three-day, non-padded camp is geared to work on the non-contact skills of the game of football: passing, catching, ball handling/carrying, coverage skills, route running and more. Putting these skills to use in 7-on-7 competition will make it a fun camp.
Boys participating in the Lakeside Lutheran Youth Football program are certainly encouraged to attend, but it’s not limited to YFB players. This camp provides a great opportunity for anyone wanting to learn more about the great game of football and improve skills. Camp is $50 for the 3-day session.

Girls Volleyball Camp July 21-24

We aim to improve each camper’s skills through drills, instruction, contests and games every day. Each session varies in its level of instruction and drills. Players in all sessions will be taught the individual fundamentals and team concepts needed to become better players. Each camp is $70 for the 4-day session and includes a t-shirt and volleyball.

Co-ed Soccer Camp July 28-30

REGISTER FOR SOCCER CAMP

This co-ed camp improves the fundamental skills necessary to excel in soccer: passing, dribbling, shooting and defense. The group will be divided into grades 4-6 and 7-9. Attendees are given training tips and drills to practice further on their own. We also put these skills to practice in game situations. This camp is held on Lakeside fields. (Camp moves indoors in rainy weather; plan for indoor shoes.) The camp is $50 for the 3-day session.
