Registration Nights
Please select the evening you want to attend below and tap on the date. Once on the signup page, find your preferred time slot and see if your homeroom teacher is available. Once you've found a time slot, tap on the "sign up" next to your teacher, then be sure to also tap on the button at the bottom of the page to submit. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provide. You can edit your appointment(s) if you have a free Sign-Up Genius account.
Note:
- Please type the student's first and last name in the comments box.
- If you have multiple students at Lakeside, try to make consecutive appointments with each homeroom teacher.
- Freshmen & transfer students: Make sure to schedule a time that does not conflict with the 30-min. mandatory co-curricular meeting with Mr. Jahns at either 5:30 or 6:15.
Find your homeroom teacher(s) and sign up for a slots at one of these links:

Enter Lakeside by the atrium entrances that face the track. You will be directed into the East Gym toward your “homeroom table.” Your visit begins with a no more than 15-minute meeting with your homeroom teacher in the East gym, where you'll
- verify your online enrollment info (it's important that before your visit you've enrolled AND completed your billing agreement with SmartTuition (login credentials required for both sites).

From there, you'll go to the next homeroom meeting if you have more than one student at LLHS, or you'll go to the band/choir room to have your student's photo ID taken. You'll then continue down the 500 hallway (there will be signs) and stop at any tables to:
- Learn about our lunch program, have opportunity to pay into your lunch account(s) and learn how to apply for free/reduced cost lunches
- If not already done, complete your student's immunization record on Wis. form 04020 (a Wis. immunization registry print-out is not sufficient). There will be a nurse available for questions.
- Learn about our Scrip tuition assistance program and/or have opportunity to buy inventoried scrip gift cards
- Register cars and/or get bus route info
- Pay for Drivers Ed course (if already registered for it first semester)
- Get info on and/or pay for piano lessons
- New students will pick up Chromebooks (atrium)
- Extended Learning Center information
- There may be opportunity to purchase Warrior wear.
Please note: Students should come dressed appropriately for their student ID photo. Avoid tank tops.
In addition to being the yearbook photo for grades 9-11, a "student ID” photo card is required for all students because the barcode on it allows students to purchase hot lunch and milk, check out school library materials, and gain admittance to home athletic events.

Finally, if you are unable to attend either registration session, call or email the school office (920-648-2321 / [email protected]) to arrange a special time.
Office Depot/Office Max has a "Give Back to Schools" offer. If families choose to shop there and provide Lakeside's School ID (70109275), your LLHS will receive a credit to purchase school/office supplies.
